Newly constructed in 2004, Pigeon Loft is wheelchair accessible as well. The kitchen, family room, one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms on the lower floor and Jacuzzi-bathroom were all constructed in 2004.

This cottage is set up as follows:

• Main floor: one bedroom with a double bunk on the bottom and a single on top
• Family room: two double sofa beds
• Lower Floor: one bedroom with a twin bed, one bedroom with one twin and one double bed
